I hired Kelsey to photograph a sunrise proposal in Glacier National Park and she was the best to work with. My now fiance and I loved her positive energy, professionalism, ability to create a relaxed (and fun) environment, and talent to capture the emotion of our "event" through her lens. Not only were the pictures great, but she was so helpful in planning. She picked out locations, planned logistics of the day, and the proposal down to the "X marks the spot." After the day communication, access to photo gallery, and seeing the display options were so helpful all of which Kelsey took the time to walk us through and help us enviion the end product. To inquire about booking a proposal session, simply reach out and let me know!
Once I know you are interested, I will hop on the phone with you to chat about your expectations for the shoot and answer all your questions about how to prepare and what to expect!
When you're ready to book and schedule a date, I usually recommend shooting during the weekdays to avoid crowds. However, weekend dates are available, but fill up quickly so don't wait too long to schedule your session!

Once we have picked a date for your shoot, I will send you a contract that you can easily review and sign online!
I will also send you an invoice for the shoot. There is a $550 non-fundable retainer due at the time of booking. The remainder will be due after your shoot!
Along with your contract and invoice, you will also receive a questionnaire! This questionnaire will allow me to get to know you a little more, further gauge your expectations and help me prep the shoot to make sure you will be comfortable, relaxed and able to let loose and have a little fun!

SCHEDULE YOUR CALL NOW
Once the contract is signed and the invoice retainer is paid, the planning begins!
I will send you a whole list of the best hikes or viewpoints that I think will "WOW" them! It'll include the length of the hike, how to get there, and especially photos! If you're not hiking, I'll still send you a document FULL of gorgeous proposal spots and ideas!
You can send me additional outfits if you want your partner looking and feeling their best for the engaged session afterwards!
PLANNING & PREP
WHAT TO EXPECT
I get to the proposal spot 30-45 minutes before you plan to be there. From there, I am incognito, just waiting for you and your honey to get there. You can take your time as you decide what is the best time to pop the question.
I will capture every single moment!
Next, we pop the champagne, celebrate, and get more stunning engaged photos!
Sessions are usually 2-3 hours.
THE SHOOT
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is an exciting time, so I'll be sending you a few sneak peeks within 7 days of your shoot! You can share these on your social media accounts!
You full gallery will be available to in an online gallery in around 4-6 weeks following your session. We'll have a reveal party together where I give you a few ideas on how to print your images and sample album layouts for a guest sign-in book.
You receive a 15% discount when you book your wedding photography with us and we work weddings worldwide! Keep in touch when you're ready for wedding planning!

I will send you a screenshot of the location with an "X" on it so you know exactly where to go. I will also ask for a selfie of you two so I know exactly who to look for and you will get a selfie of me. We will share our locations on google maps so if anything in your plan doesn't go to plan, I'll know how far away you are. As soon as I see you get close, I will get ready with my camera. I've developed a framework for proposals and I know it'll work for you every step of the way!

I have the latest photography and hiking gear at my disposal to get to the destination before you so I'm set and ready for when you drop down on one knee.
