If you’ve ever stood before towering mountains and thought, “Yeah, I could spend a lifetime here,” then Glacier National Park is your jam. Now, picture this: a couple session amid these majestic peaks. You, your partner, and the vast expanse of raw, untamed beauty. That’s what we call a “relationship goal.” Everybody needs a Glacier National Park couple session! We have a super helpful blog on how to experience Glacier, check it out!
Recently, I join a couple for their session at Many Glacier! Our favorite region within Glacier National Park that’s got ‘epic’ written all over it. We’re talking about HUGE mountains—so big that they make you question everything you know about elevation. Many Glacier is the crown jewel of the park. It’s known for its stunning scenery, serene lakes, and wildlife that seems straight out of a National Geographic documentary. Taking photos in a national park can mean some additional hoops, but we can totally help with ALL of that!
adventure at every turn
The couple, Lauren and Mark, are up for an adventure. I tell them, “Get ready to have your minds blown,” and boy, did Glacier deliver. We start at Swiftcurrent Lake, where the water is so clear you can see straight through to the bottom.
As we explore the area, the mountains loom large in the background. It provides the perfect backdrop for some seriously Instagrammable moments. We walk through the forest and stroll along the shores. The sunlight filtered through the trees, casting dappled patterns on the ground.
But here’s the thing: Glacier National Park is more than just a pretty face. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with over 1,000 species of plants and countless animals. Grizzly bears and mountain goats roam the mountains. We saw one brown Grizzley and one blonde griz from across the mountain! So when you have a couple session here, you’re not just taking photos! You’re capturing a slice of one of the most breathtaking places on Earth.
