We look back on Jazzy & Ben’s Glacier National Park micro wedding with ALL SMILES! These two were such warm, loving, hilarious, and just overall amazing human beings! They brought their four closest friends with them to the mountains of Montana for their sweet little wedding. They really knew how to make their elopement day with their friends and family special!
4 ways they made their wedding day intentional
they chose their ceremony site
It can be daunting to chose a ceremony site from a place that the couple had never been to before. Honeybee helps every couple with a location matchmaking process where we give them ALL the best location options and they can chose from the list. Their group was small, so they got to chose from all the best Glacier National Park ceremony locations.
Their wedding day arrives in all its sunny glory! Lake McDonald is shimmering with the epic mountain in the distance. Jazzy and Ben chose their exact ceremony spot because of a large purple rock. That was THE SPOT! Their spontaneity was one of our favorite things about these two!
they invite their 4 closest friends
Jazzy and Ben have really close friend relationships, so they bring them all the way to Montana for their wedding day. The ceremony is so meaningful, everybody’s all dressed up and supporting them as they say their vows to each other. Ben hasn’t seen Jazzy all day until the moment she’s walking down the shore, flowers in her hair, towards him. Deep in their souls, you can just tell that they are best friends.
We all got teary eyed as they said their vows to each other. At some point, Ben was in the middle of his vows and just couldn’t wait any longer to kiss his wife. So he did! We celebrate them on the shores of Lake McDonald.
they set aside time just for them
After celebrating with friends, we ditch them to have some adventure time with our sweet couple. As we get to know them more, we can see they just genuinely care for each other. They also just love laughing together and we can’t stop smiling from ear to ear the whole time.
We take them up the Going to the Sun Road to our favorite spots in the park. I mean, we just LOVE spoiling these two!
Sunset fades and we go to the tip of Lake McDonald for some oh-so moody lantern photos. Just because the sun has gone behind the mountains, doesn’t mean we’re still not having a BLAST! Every Glacier National Park micro wedding should have these romantic lantern photos, but we’re biased.
they celebrate at their airbnb with toasts
We arrive back at their AirBnB, the Modern Moose, where their friends set out a glorious feast! All types of delicious snacks and desserts await, but before they dive in, their friends give the most meaningful and teary-eyed toasts.
What a great way to end the day as the stars come out!
