Ok so Anita and Cris are basically the cutest! They flew all the way from Georgia to see their wedding venue (White Raven) and get an engagement session! They’re getting married in Missoula next September! I’ve been dyyyying to meet these two because they are a DREAM to plan for and they’re just so sweet! When I photographed their Montana engagement session, I just KNEW it was going to be special!
I met them up in Polson, Montana! We romped around with gorgeous light (ahem, photogs DREAM)! We saw the Kerr Dam and the river below. Being from Georgia, this isn’t the usual scenery they’re used to and I am stoked to spoil them with all the epic views.

The reason they decide to get married in Montana is because they want their guests to experience the same wonder when they see the mountains for the first time. Montana mountains are definitely an experience! The Mission Mountains were POPPIN during their engagement session. That’s why I suggested Polson as one of their engagement session locations! Bozeman is also a great spot!
The most exciting place is the last stop of the night. The light is fading and I get a chance to take out the lights. It’s super fun and moody. Secondly, their ah-MAZING outfits!

The western skirt and boots with the Gigi pip hat give western and classy! If this isn’t the best way to do a Montana engagement session, I don’t know what is! My favorite thing about the outfits? The VARIETY! A&C planned out one formal outfit and one non-formal outfit. This means they get two very different vibes on the same day!
