When you think about the BEST coastal spot to get married, you immediately think, “elopement Oregon coast!” Okay, so picture this: Erica and Nate’s elopement at Cannon Beach is everythingggg! They said “I do” in the most magical, intimate way, with just their closest family and friends, and oh my gosh, I’m still obsessed! Jake and I photograph and film this GORG wedding day and it leaves us so grateful for these two wonderful humans!
Boho is the vibe
First, let’s talk about their first look—on the beach, of course! The wind is doing that thing where it makes everything look like a movie, and Nate’s reaction to Erica is SO sweet! Erica’s dress is giving alllll the boho vibes—lacey, long sleeves, total perfection. And don’t even get me started on her dinner outfit: a white jumpsuit paired with sparkly Betsy Johnson sneakers. Cuteness overload, amiright?

Now, for the ceremony, we head over to Hug Point Recreation Site, which is basically the most underrated spot on the Oregon Coast. Fun fact: Hug Point got its name because back in the day, stagecoaches had to “hug” the point to avoid getting washed away by the tide. Like, how cool is that?! There are no stagecoaches harmed in the making of this elopement day! Plus, there’s this gorgeous waterfall and these epic caves that make the spot feel so private and special. The waves are crashing, seagulls are flying, and it is just the dreamiest spot for Erica and Nate’s Cannon Beach Oregon wedding day!

When Erica & Nate first reach out, they aren’t sure where to elope, but I know exactly where to send them!
